Workspaces & team

Sites live in workspaces, and everyone in a workspace sees its sites, tasks and AI visibility data. Your first workspace is created with your account; add more from the home screen to separate clients or projects.

Inviting teammates

Open a workspace's ⋯ → Settings and type an email into Add or invite:

• If they already have a Seoruna account, they join instantly and get a notification email.
• If not, they receive an email invitation. Its status updates as real events happen: Sent (emailed) → Seen (they opened the link) → Accepted (they joined — by accepting with an existing account or by registering through the invite).

Invitations are single-purpose links tied to the invited email — registering with a different address does not grant access. Owners can revoke a pending invite at any time.

Roles

The workspace creator is its owner — owners manage members, rename and delete the workspace. Everyone else is a member with full working access to the workspace's sites.
